After a serious accident, I suffered a major injury to my left hand, which left me with no movement and an overwhelming sense of uncertainty. It was a painful and frightening time for me—both physically and mentally. I had to undergo surgery, and following that, I began my treatment and rehabilitation in this hospital.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Shaji, Dr. Vaishnavi, Dr. Kalyani, and Dr. Lancy for being such a skilled, dedicated, and compassionate team throughout this challenging journey.
From the very beginning, they approached my case with patience and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step clearly, provided emotional support, and helped me believe in the possibility of recovery.
When I started physiotherapy under the guidance of Dr. Shaji and Dr. Lancy, I had no movement at all in my hand. I was scared and unsure whether I would ever regain its use. But slowly, with their expert care, customized exercises, and constant encouragement, I began to improve. Week by week, I regained strength, flexibility, and function.
At the same time, Dr. Vaishnavi and Dr. Kalyani worked on my case with EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) assessments and support, helping track and guide my nerve and muscle recovery. Their involvement was crucial in understanding my condition and shaping the treatment accordingly.
These doctors didn’t just treat my injury—they gave me hope, motivation, and the belief that healing was possible. They quite literally gave me my hand back, and that’s something I will carry with deep gratitude for the rest of my life. Though my treatment is still ongoing, I’ve already come a long way, and I continue to feel better with each passing day.
The hospital staff have also been extremely cooperative, and the environment here has always felt safe, supportive, and well-organized. Every step of my care was handled with attention to detail and genuine concern.
To anyone facing a difficult recovery journey: I highly recommend this hospital and this remarkable team of doctors. You will be in the best hands—just like I was.
From the bottom of my heart,
Thank you, Dr. Shaji, Dr. Vaishnavi, Dr. Kalyani, and Dr. Lancy.
